Vinya els Vilars, one of the 14 wineries of the DO Costers del Segre participating in Enruta’t, a new campaign to promote wine and gastronomy in Lleida promoted by the Lleida Wine Route with the support of the Tourist Board of the Lleida Provincial Council. This initiative highlights the gastronomic and wine richness of the territory through a tour of 14 restaurants and 14 wineries of Ponent.
Enruta’t is a journey of flavors along the Wine Route of Lleida, where 14 restaurants and 14 wineries come together to offer you a gastronomic experience: dishes cooked and paired with wines from the DO Costers del Segre, designed for you to enjoy wine tourism from the table.
The initiative is part of Catalonia, World Region of Gastronomy 2025.
Each stop on this route is a unique proposal, where cuisine and wine come together to harmonize flavors, aromas and territory. A true collaboration between chefs and winemakers that highlights the richness of our landscape, the creativity of local cuisine and the essence of our wineries.
Within the framework of Catalonia, World Region of Gastronomy 2025, this action celebrates gastronomy as culture, territory and identity, with proposals that you will find available in participating restaurants throughout the year 2025.

Until the end of 2025, diners will be able to enjoy an exclusive dish in each establishment, prepared with wine from a DO Costers del Segre winery. In the case of Vinya els Vilars, the gastronomic proposal is presented by the renowned restaurant Ferreruela Cuina de la Terra. Chef Gonzalo Ferreruela has created a tasty celery and turnip taco with wild boar cheeks from Lantxaga (the main marketer of game meat from the forests of Catalonia) and spicy sauce, which harmonizes with Gerar 2022, a red wine from Vinya els Vilars that stands out for its intensity and elegance.
In addition to the tastings in the restaurants, the campaign offers an exclusive recipe booklet with the 14 proposals and audiovisual material to give visibility to the participating producers and chefs. During the presentation of Enruta’t, held last week in the courtyard of the Institut d’Estudis Ilerdencs in Lleida, the president of the Lleida Wine Route, Montse Guardiola, summed it up as “a journey of flavors that leads you to discover the territory from the palate”.
With this action, Vinya els Vilars reinforces its commitment to the development of wine tourism and the promotion of the values of the territory, always with the DO Costers del Segre as a flag.

- The Cal Menut restaurant in Belianes cooks Shoulder of lamb with herbs from Urgell that pairs with the red wine Fogonussa 2018 from Petit Duran
- The Castell del Remei restaurant in Penelles offers Coca de la Noguera with scallops and Iberian ham accompanied by the wine Oda Blanc 2023 from Castel del Remei
